Carrot King

Drywite Carrot King is a powder-based, sulphite free preservative which has been specially formulated to retain the moisture in the core of the carrot, slowing down the natural breakdown of the surface which would otherwise occur due to dehydration.

As a result of this moisture retention, carrots treated with Carrot King will retain their original rich colour and moisture, and the silvering which would otherwise be seen on the surface is significantly reduced, extending the shelf-life of the produce.
